Vulnerable Child Safeguarded

This month’s SABA days have been a phenomenal success!

We’ve been joined by National Business Crime Centre Metropolitan Police, British Transport Police, Mayor's Office for Policing And Crime (MOPAC), and so many of our valued security and business partners.

Our SABA days allowed us to network with dozens of businesses and helped create safer shopping areas for workers and visitors. Even amongst all of this good news, one story from #Southbank and #Waterloo stood out.

A young female was stopped for theft and upon checking her name, she was identified as a missing child. The police were called to help her and she was safely returned home. It reinforces that our work is not just about business crime, it is about helping keep people safe - and no one deserves to be kept safe more than children.

We are proud to partner with The Children's Society on a worthwhile project on children safeguarding, including #LookCloser week earlier this month. We know how big a role businesses can play in safeguarding vulnerable children and young adults.

#saba is not just about crime, it’s about community.
