We have developed a range of training packages with businesses aimed at dealing with the issues that affect them on a regular basis.

At the end of this session you will be able to:

Explore in detail what vulnerability is and how to identify vulnerability.
Identify interventions to assist in preventing reducing harm.
Understand what can make a person vulnerable and how to reduce the opportunity for that to happen?
Be able to recognise the Ask for Angela Campaign and how to react to it
To understand how you can implement changes in the way your business operates to make your customers safer and reduce vulnerability

Who should attend?
This course is designed for staff working in any licensed premises who need a greater understanding of vulnerability, preventing vulnerability and understanding how to implement changes in their business to tackle vulnerability.
This is an interactive training session based around facilitated group discussions using the course content and the candidate’s knowledge and experience to deal with the learning objectives.
