Safer Business Network celebrates another year of success
Safer Business Network are proud to announce the results for our most recent customer satisfaction survey, with our successes becoming more evident with each year that passes.
Excellent customer service is at the heart of our organisation, demonstrated by an all-time high average of 91% satisfaction rate across our local BCRPs.
We pride ourselves in communicating relevant and consistent information to our members, and we were delighted to hear that 84% of members found our crime and disorder updates beneficial to their business.
Our BCRP radio network has a proven track record of deterring crime and encouraging intelligence sharing within the business community, supported by the 70% of members who continue to use our radios as part of their daily and weekly operations.
We would like to extend our appreciation to all members who participated as it helps drive our focus on raising the performance bar with service excellence.
